Track Flipper is an online platform that enables music producers to exchange audio files with each other through a secure, link-based flipping system.

The platform generates unique flip links through which both parties can upload their tracks. Downloads only become available when both parties approve the flip.

Track Flipper also provides audio analysis tools, including spectral analysis, rip detection, and quality assessment, to help users evaluate the quality of uploaded files.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share all content you upload and possess the necessary rights to do so.
• The uploaded content does not infringe on any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• You assume full responsibility for all content you upload and share.
• You will not use the platform for illegal purposes or to violate the rights of third parties.
• You will use content received through flips in accordance with any agreements made with the other party.

Track Flipper does not and cannot monitor the content uploaded by users, and assumes no responsibility for its legality or authenticity.

Track Flipper does not acquire ownership rights over content uploaded by users. All intellectual property rights remain with the original rights holder.

By uploading, you do not grant Track Flipper any license or rights to your content, except for the technical processing necessary to provide the service (e.g., audio analysis, temporary storage).

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to the content they offer for a flip. Track Flipper does not verify the legality of uploaded content and does not take sides in disputes between users.

Uploaded files are stored on our servers for a maximum of 48 hours from the creation of the flip.

After the 48-hour period expires, or after a flip is completed or rejected, files are automatically and permanently deleted.

Track Flipper is not responsible for recovering expired or deleted files. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Track Flipper offers audio analysis features including spectral analysis, rip detection, and other quality assessment tools.

These analyses are performed using mathematical algorithms and third-party software (such as FFmpeg/ffprobe) and are provided for informational purposes only.

Analysis results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Track Flipper assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analyses. Users rely on analysis results at their own risk.

Track Flipper provides the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Track Flipper expressly disclaims liability for:

• Content uploaded, shared, or downloaded by users.
• Disputes, disagreements, or legal claims between users.
• The accuracy or reliability of audio analysis.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Lost profits, data loss, or loss of business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Track Flipper, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Track Flipper is committed to protecting user data. We only collect the minimal data necessary for the operation of the service.

The platform can be used anonymously without registration. If you register, we store your email address and display name.

Uploaded audio files are processed solely for the purpose of flipping and analysis, and are automatically deleted after the specified period.

Track Flipper reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Modified terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.

Track Flipper reserves the right to restrict or terminate any user's access at any time, without explanation.

Users may stop using the platform at any time. Termination of service does not affect previously established obligations.

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these terms.
